 Armed with a diploma from the Culinary Institute Caterina De Medici in Italy, and in depth knowledge of Italian cuisine, and a thirst for travel, Roberto Galetti began his career working at some of the most reputed establishments in the UK, Austria and Italy. His talents were soon noticed by Giacomo Gallina, director of kitchen operations of the world renowned Bice Group, who would become one of Galetti’s greatest mentors. Chef Galetti went onto positions with Bice in Argentina, Japan and Singapore before establishing himself in Singapore and opening several of his own restaurants and becoming the executive chef, managing director and partner of Garibaldi Group
